Please note: Our charges run from 1st April to 31st March each year. The table below is valid until 31st March 2026
Non-Returnable Deposits (required to secure your booking)
Deposits are based on value of booking: A non-returnable deposit of £20 for bookings up to £100 ; £40 for bookings between £101 and £200 ; £100 for all day events such as weddings to secure the booking.
Balance: Payable no less than 7 days before the event plus Security Retainer if appropriate.
Security Retainer * (use of kitchen/large gatherings only): £50 for small gatherings such as parties or £100 for larger gatherings such as weddings.
*This security retainer will be returned within one month of the period of hire provided that the premises are left in a fully cleaned condition; no loss or damage has been caused to the premises; all rubbish created during the hiring has been removed from the hall. Deductions will be made from this retainer as required should the hall require any works to restore to good order.
Local Residents' Discount
A Reduction of 10% of the standard room rate is available if you live in Wonston Parish (Sutton Scotney, Wonston, Stoke Charity, Hunton and Norton). If we have your address then we should apply this for you.
