Online Booking
To book Click on the + on your preferred date, and fill in the booking form.
If it’s your first time, you will need to create a free Hallmaster account so we have your name and email address on record.
Fill in the details of your event including the Room required any Line Items (such as Kitchen use or Bouncy Castle charges) making sure that you click the ADD button. Once we recieve your booking we will provisionally confirm the booking with you by sending you an invoice for the non-refundable deposit. Once this is paid then your booking is confirmed.
A further invoice for the balance will then be sent which you must pay not less than 7 days before your booking. Please bear in mind that Victoria Hall is run by volunteers so a reply response may take a couple of days.
PLEASE NOTE: When you place your booking buffers may be added before and after your event this is to allow for a changeover of hirers, it must not form part of your hire period. Please ensure you book enough time to set up and tidy away your event.
